Had my first Echo in October 20, after breathlessness and water retention EF 45%, had my second 6 months later on 21st April 21. Had results 10 weeks later after telephone Consultation with Cardiologist improved to normal 63% thanks to meds heart rate still fluctuates from 45 to 85 bpm due to Afib still have to stay on meds Bisoprolol, Eliquis,Furomeside Atorvastatin. I lost 3 stone but have put a few pounds on I seem to have plateaued and struggle to lose more weight I think it might be the Beta blocker Bisoprolol, still I'm happy the meds seemed to be doing there job.

So anyone having same problems keep taking the meds they do work.

Take care everyone
