Low pressure during Dialysis

I am on dialysis for almost 11 years. My blood pressure is falling during dialysis and can not fullfill the ultrafiltration target and reach my dry weght. My pressure remain normal troughout the week 120/80..

Do any one tell me why this is happening?

Is it any symptom of any heart problem (though my echo cardiogram is ok)?

If unable to reach target weight due to drop in blood pressure you likely need to adjust your weight by increasing it by 1/3 to 1/5 kilo. The target weight is a guess and a moving one at that. Adjust slightly and see how your BP responds.

When your blood pressure is normal on non dialysis days ; if you are experiencing an attack of hypotension on dialysis; this usually means that your dry weight needs to be slightly increased. By taking a chest X-ray; Ask your doctor to re-evaluate your dry weight target.
