Treatment for dry, peeling lips
What do you use for Sjogrens dry, peeling lips? I have had lupus for 30 years, and a variety of dry eye and salivary gland issues, that have at times been severe. Been treated for both. Also have dry sinus, and sleep apnea. Even if I use items to prevent mouth breathing during sleeps, lips still

Sodium benzoate in soft drinks?
Hi everyone. I hope you are doing ok in this difficult time. I wanted to know if anyone has ever had a reaction to sodium benzoate (also known as E211), which is a preservative found in a lot of processed foods. Sometimes I feel that my throat/chest is a bit irritated when I drink Diet Coke but then

Dear All, thanks for all the kind words, and advice when i wrote two months ago i had gone cold turkey off Pramipexol and after 10 days I still had restless legs but nothing like the electric shock type symptoms when on the meds, and I was still waking up every half an hour. Tinnitus or The Hum
I have noticed a few posts that describe problems with low-frequency sounds, which are completely different from typical tinnitus noises. If you hear low rumbling noise, like an engine, around the 40-100Hz frequency, check out https://thehum.info/ and see if this helps to diagnose your problem. Unfortunately

New here, ringing keeps getting worse
Hi, I am new here, and my tinnitus keeps getting worse and I don't have a clue what to do. I have had a low ringing in my right ear as long as I can remember, it always sounded like a low Wifi router or something. I used to only hear it at night, and originally assumed it was someone doing works on the

2 failed embryo implantations but no known issues
We have unexplained infertility and have had 2 IVF cycles both resulting in BFN. Just before Covid shut clinics we had a fresh first round where everything was good. Great reaction to Stims, lining scans all fine 9 eggs collected all fertilized 1 wasn't so great so didn't freeze 1 replaced after 5 days

Any one awake out there?
I have slept 2 hrs with a sleeping tablet and here I am again walking around my lounge desperately wanting to sleep. Usually a sleeping tablet will keep me asleep 4/5 hours but sometimes like tonight it doesn’t work. I know it doesn’t cure RLS but at least I get a bit more sleep even if a bit drowsy

Can't feel my heartbeat
For as long as I can remember I've always had a very noticeable heartbeat. I also have pulsatile tinnitus so it just makes me more acutely aware of my own heartbeat. But one day a few weeks back I woke up and couldn't feel my heartbeat anymore and the tinnitus had just magically disappeared. My chest

Acupuncture?
I'm new to this group, so this might have been discussed already, but has anyone tried acupuncture for RLS? With this miserable malady, I have tried just about every natural remedy out there, but not that. Several of the natural renedies help, but not permanently. Ive been on 2 mg of ropinirol for 5

It's amazing what you can do when you just start.
When I woke up this morning, I didn’t think this run would be possible. Eating badly yesterday has made me feel sluggish this morning. I have a headache and I feel really tired. It’s also -4 outside, and I’d like to stay in bed. Fortunately though, my 2 year old has other ideas and I’m probably not
