Clammy sticky wet skin!! Please

I’m getting really really worried I keep having clammy and sticky skin even after i bathe it makes me feel dirty and I searched up symptoms and of course worried myself as it says it can be an emergency I always feel hot and recently I’ve started to get really anxious again for no reason and this clammy cold skin is making me worse one minutiae I’m hot next I’m cold but with the clammy skin I take citalopram 40mg ? Don’t know if this could be related but I’ve been on the citalopram now for 7 months
