Shingles
Hello anyone, I am trying to find a cream or gel for the nerve pain I have from shingles. I live here in Michigan and have good access to Walmart. What would be a good topical cream or gel that I can by over the counter?

Okay so Tuesday night I had this sore lump on my head, thought it was start of spot left it 2 days (now Thursday) and a small head has appeared however there was puss that came out of it but still swollen lump around the area? Best place to buy vitamin D??
Apparently I am very low in vitamin D, B12 and lacking calcium.. I dont drink milk, I am gluten free and I am investigating thyroid problems waiting on results. I need a good source of reliable vitamins that work. Note : I also have lyme disease and co infections which I am going to be under treatment

BITES AND STINGS
Lynora and any other professional bodies out there. Hopalong and myself were speaking yesterday and today regarding insect bites etc., etc., she has been bitten by something during the night and is rightfully so watching for any change in her leg (cellulitis). I have a little problem myself and hope

Hi Everyone - I'm new here and was diagnosed with RA in January. I also have Chronic Kidney Disease.
The CKD prevents me from taking NSAIDS. So I am on Plaquenil and can only use Tylenol for pain relief. The pain is worse at night and it severely impacts my sleep. Anyone else have this scenario? Any suggestions? Thank you!

Cellulitis caused by cracked skin from Lupus SLE?
I am suffering from cellulitis. This is the first time I have had it. Its on both legs and its horrible. I am on antibotics. But reading about this, it says dry cracked skin can cause the bacteria get in. I have had lupus SLE and RA for 4 years, I am on Hydroxy, MTX 12.5mg injections and other meds.

NSAIDs Might Cause More Harm Than Previously Believed
NSAIDs like aspirin, Motrin, Advil, and Celebrex suppress inflammation and are often used by athletes to reduce the pain associated with intense exercise. However, new research shows that those who take them may experience just as much soreness after a workout than those who don't. Worse, NSAIDs possibly

Viral Meningitis
Hi, I am a 34 year old male who has just had VM for the last 7 days. I feel completely lost and do not know what to expect or how to react or what to do. I've had the Lumbar which confirmed cells were well over 3000! CT scan and ECG have all come back good but I've noticed that over the last few days

Hello everyone, after many years of health problems I think I might be getting somewhere in understanding what's going on. As a child, flat feet, hallux valgus, knee problems "growing pains," thumbs that could touch the forearm, my party piece , physio! 20s low back pain, physio again (privately) told

CKD 3
Hi. I was diagnosed last August and it was shocking to me as I don't have high blood pressure or diabetes and am fairly healthy. It might be the prescription nsaids and/or prilosec or that I wasn't drinking any water due to overactive bladder. Anyway, I've been on the renal diet plus playing Pickleball
