Once a stable dose is reached, this effect often wears off.
Hi All - I'm currently on a 1mg rotigotine patch and have been for the last two years. Recently I've been suffering from extreme fatigue do you think this could be the rotigotine patch? I know tiredness and feeling "faint" are side effects but according to the information I have on the side effects,

Blood test done now chat with doctor
Hi. I’ve finally had my blood tests done and am having telephone consultation with doctor at 5pm tonight (GMT). If my ferritin level is ok. What’s my next option. I don’t want dopamine agnostic as it sounds terrible. Am I best asking for pregabalin or gavapentin ? I’m in UK. And am 69. XXX

My Blood Sugar Readings today !
My fasting blood sugar was hovering around 78- 90 for the last two months. I had posted my last HBA1C as 5.8 a month back- if you recall my post in this forum. A couple of days back when I consulted my Endo , he advised that 78-85 is low for me if I desire to gain some healthy weight ....also to avoid

Toes curling
Remind me what causes it, is it lack of dopamine? I get Botox in feet and lower legs I don't get cramping in legs, but toes seem to curl once in a while, I ate to soon after I took my pills. So I had to use my Inbrija ,84 mg. and it stopped. I'm trying not to use to much, I don't like the idea of

Story of my life!
Whenever I am depressed, i do something. I find something to get better like exercise, meditation, or something or the other. But it doesn't last. No method of recovery lasts forever. Many times its like 2 days and then I'm back to depression again. I just don't now what to do. I've exhausted all options

I just wanted to share something that made me so happy.
Hi! So today or last night it was my first time going on a trampoline. To some people they’d think I’m stupid for being so happy for being so happy and excited. But, I couldn’t express my joy as I kept jumping up and down until I got tired. Then I would jump again and again. Then two hours went by I

Probiotics for RLS
I am new to this site. I have suffered with RLS for many years. I won’t go on medication because the side effects could mess with my OCD. I read that taking a daily probiotic could help as a healthy gut is supposed to increase the dopamine in the brain which is essential to have for RLS. I have been

What were you told when you were first diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease?
I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2018, but had many of its symptoms years before that. The first was loss of the sense of smell, but the symptoms that most affected my quality of life came in the 5 years before diagnosis: fatigue, daytime sleepiness, poor sleep, apathy, bad moods, confusion

Scared of meds
I'm scared of bupropion. I can't bring myself to buy the thing and take it. Although I already take paroxetin (antidepressant), I always had an irrational fear of medications and foods have to "earn my trust" little at a time before being included in my diet. But this, this is worse. I'm terrified, I've
