Neurotransmitter changes in rat brain regions following glyphosate exposure.
This includes
dopamine
. [i]The present findings indicate that glyphosate significantly altered central nervous system (CNS) monoaminergic neurotransmitters in a brain regional- and dose-related manner, effects that may contribute to the overall spectrum of neurotoxicity caused by this herbicide.

Brilliant article and great explanation
This explains why when taking any
dopamine
med and what is happening when you are needing to keep increasing it. Which is why we always say keep that dose low as possible. https://bigthink.com/going-mental/your-brain-on-drugs-

Gut microbes interfere with Parkinson's drug - but we could stop them
The drug works by passing the blood-brain barrier and releasing
dopamine
in the brain. But some of the drug is converted to
dopamine
before it gets there, which can cause adverse side effects and limit the drug’s effectiveness.

Live webinar to discuss the topic “Stem Cell Research in Parkinson’s” on the 12th June
Will it treat both motor and non motor symptoms Stem cell treatments are expected to have an impact of non motor symptoms when the symptom is linked to
dopamine
in the basal ganglia

Please read this article.
So, apart from consuming herbs to help the condition such as ashwaghanda I've come across an article written by Healthline entitled "10 Best ways to increase
dopamine
levels naturally". It really is worth reading..

Amino acids and creatine
Their role and functions are: Phenylalanine: Phenylalanine is a precursor for the neurotransmitters tyrosine,
dopamine
, epinephrine and norepinephrine. It plays an integral role in the structure and function of proteins and enzymes and the production of other amino acids (4).

I am rigidity- dominant PD ; My personal experience!
I am rigidity -dominant PD and like other PwPD my main issues arise when imbalances between Acetylcholine and
Dopamine
and other neurotransmitters occur. I think we are either
Dopamine
- dominant or Acetylcholine- dominant( my case) PD.

Atrazine a common herbicide is neurotoxic; it reduces dopamine levels in the substantia nigra.
How many people with Parkinson's disease spent a lot of time on the golf course or tending to the perfect lawn? There is no such thing as safe pesticides, it can be less toxic if used with great care, but never safe, and best avoided altogether. [i]Atrazine is a herbicide of the triazine class. Atrazine

Promising news from Australia for a breakthrough treatment for Parkinson's disease
The difference with CuATSM was that it was also effective in the test rats after the

How long have you gone until your next dose cardopa/levadopa?
So my 2 pills usually last 3 half hours used to be 4 hours, but I eat protein and that interfers and takes longer and for tremor to stop. 7:40 until 1:40, So three hours with no
dopamine
and barely any tremor and I felt great could've gone longer if right leg didn't cramp and give out.

Pregabalin and Augmentation
Could pregabalin be similar to
dopamine
agonists and cause more cases of augmentation the longer you have been taking it? I would be interested to hear from anyone taking pregabalin. I may try to come off it completely for a few months to see if the RLS in my arms disappears.

dopamine
off time. I'm sitting in the sun and my nerve in my arm kinda hurts. Do I have a nerve problem. Drs.

RLS nightmare disease
I have tried a range of
dopamine
agonists- didn’t work. Am now on gabapentine and amitripaline - the last 4 days - they don’t work either. Mood has dropped significantly. Appetite has dropped, don’t see a way out of this at the moment. Struggling to maintain work as always tired.

Restless legs relieved.
It is
dopamine
-based, with the proprietary name of Ropinirole. I brought this to the attention of my doctor, who was prepared to prescribe the medication for a trial period. As a result.
