9:30 pm, I took 1ER 50/200, took another at 11:30 pm. Sometimes I'll take two , and sometimes one and then another around 3 am, and take my usual 2 25/100 at 7:30 am. Usually tremors will wake me. Today I had 2 25/100 at 7:40 am, 9:30 oats with coconut oil and 1 scoop of Great lakes collagen, lots of aminos and no choline, which I'm trying to lower since it could be causing my Dystonia, because I eat eggs everyday and a good grass fed burger with broccoli. Walked in the yard from 10 am until 1:40 felt fine barely tremoring not thinking about it helps listing to Dr. Joe Dispenza. Left leg feels good, which is my symptom leg in beginning., now it's not as tight and right leg calf gets tight and been stretching, and some Qigong on YouTube. 1: 40 is when I gave in to take my 2 cardopa/levadopa, felt Dystonia in toes/ calf giving out, I use Magnesium lotion instead of oil, does not sting. So my 2 pills usually last 3 half hours used to be 4 hours, but I eat protein and that interfers and takes longer and for tremor to stop. 7:40 until 1:40, So three hours with no dopamine and barely any tremor and I felt great could've gone longer if right leg didn't cramp and give out.

When you were given your prescription for Levadopa, had you seen a neurologist? Usually, the dosage and timing is governed by you and your neurologist..... at least it is here in Canada, even if you are just working with your GP.

You would do much ether to take your prescribed Levodopa on a regular basis, as prescribed.

PD symptoms can vary hour to hour, and day to day, so be chasing symptoms is not productive., and taking a tablet every time you feel a need for it, means you are not getting the benefit of a steady L Dopa level.

I would stick to a regular schedule of ER sinimet and take a low dose IR Sinimet (e,g, 12.5/50) on an occasional basis when you are challenged (social events etc)

I was put on Parcopa 5 times day.. They added 1/2 Entacapone to be taken with each Parcopa. Then I began taking. B1 that stretched it out and I recently added mucana... now I easily am dosing every. 6 hours and I occasionally will go up to 10 to 12 hours when I sleep.
