High Dose Sinemet
You cannot purchase cinemate here and I am wondering whether I should be trying to introduce just a tiny amount of Opicapone every few days in order to stop the breakdown of
dopamine
(as opposed to the massive 50mg per capsule that we have in this country).

DA Withdrawal
I'm now past my day 3 of the
dopamine
agonist withdrawal. I had been taking 0.125/0.0625 mg of Pramipex for the last seven months or so but decided to stop with the fear of augmentation and the fact that Pramipex had clearly made me dependent.

Clioquinol (Zinc Ionophore) and Cabergoline (Prolactin Dopamine Agonist) for the Treatment of Terminal Androgen-independent Prostate Cancer?
Treatment with the
dopamine
agonist, cabergoline, will decrease plasma prolactin level, thereby preventing prolactin-induced progression of androgen-independent malignancy.

The naturally occurring molecule N-acetylcysteine (NAC) shows benefit in a clinical trial for Parkinson's Disease.
The study found improvements in
dopamine
levels, the primary neurotransmitter that is specifically decreased in Parkinson's disease, as well as improvements in clinical evaluations of the patients' mental and physical abilities.

Coenzyme a . Has anyone used this?
I’m just going back through my husband’s DNA report from opus and noticed he has SNPs that mean he has high
dopamine
beta hydroxylase activity. I looked this up and apparently it sulphyryl compounds can inhibit this enzyme. On the list is coenzyme a . I’ve found you can buy it on amazon.

Can you do too much exercise and use up your dopamine?
Can you use up what little
dopamine
there is remaining or is it best to do more exercise to generate
dopamine
. Anyone got any thoughts on this?

Causes Of Social Anxiety
Biochemically speaking, more studies indicate that an imbalance in the serotonin levels in the brain,
dopamine
, GABA, and neurotransmitters may be to blame. The most common group that social anxiety disorder sufferers fall into is the second.

I challenge you to give up refined sugars for a week!
PLUS - it's a mood disturber - it gives you a
dopamine
hit at first (like any addictive substance) and then....the crash comes....urgh! Think how you feel after a night on the wine!

APL-130277 still without FDA Approval: Why?
Apomorphine is a somewhat strange
Dopamine
Agonist (non-egoline DA Parky B!) that required subcutaneous injections. It certainly hasn't been a mainline DA prescription in the USA.

Can C/L and venlaxafine ( effexor/ SSNRI) possibly be the reason I experience some symptoms ?,?
I received a DAT SCAN (showed loss of
dopamine
in the right and left side of my brain) in 2015 confirming that I have Parkinson's but because my progression seems to be faster than most ,my dr said I have parkinsonism ( some PSP qualities).. I feel like I have every symptom under the sun .

I said Noo not New!!
Anyway it appears that many of them include
Dopamine
and Serotonin precursors and some have anti-inflammatory benefits, (which seem to be more genuine than the 'synergistic effects' of the ingredients).

Levodopa and CYP3A4, but probably not Grapefruit juice... The next steps
Partially inhibiting CYP3A4 may help patients lead a bettter life with less "off times". 2) The on/off effect may have long-term implications for dyskinesia, posssibly causing damage to synapses that must adapt to repeated under/over dosing of
dopamine
.

Fat-soluble B1, for a 25x enhancement at the brain ?
Note: A commercial presentation of L-Tyrosine by Country Life makes no mention of vitamin B1: « L-Tyrosine is an amino acid that supports the production of brain neurotransmitters
dopamine
and norepinephrine. Country Life uses vitamin B6 in order to aid in utilization.»

The Total Destruction from My Prescribed Opiates.
Now knowing that when on Opiates, your brain stops producing
Dopamine
as you get it artificially from the dose of Opiates, therefore the Brain shuts the
Dopamine
receptors down.
Dopamine
is part of the reward system in the Brain which gives us pleasure from things.

Any help with taking Pramipexole and side effects
He had previously told us he didn’t like
dopamine
agonists and now we have been given them. Does anyone have advice on side effects as looking at side effects makes for a worrying read! Thanks

Latest labs look good?
Did a 23 and Me DNA test and found to have a Gene linked to low
dopamine
receptors and an increased susceptibility for celiacs disease. That's it. I have seen a rhumatologist who discovered a positive ANA and nothing else and didn't have any recommendations.
