Lucentis Treatment/Macular Degeneration/Warfarin
Has anybody had the Lucentis injections/treatment for Degeneration etc. I have had 2 retinal vein occlusions that have left me with Mac.Deg. I keep an INR 3-4, having had the 2nd RVO when my INR was over 3.00. However the eye Clinic are not the least concerned about my INR. Perhaps because most people

Sclerosing Cholangitis
I have a very complex & extensive surgical history of the liver. Being severely symptomatic the last few years & surgical intervention has not been an option, I have now been diagnosed with SECONDARY Sclerosing Cholangitis. I am writing to you with the hope of some sort of guidance as I feel I have not

Out of the woods?
Hello all, I posted recently expressing concerns about the health of my liver following an extended period of heavy drinking. I did experience some symptoms, be they real or imagined but regardless, the extent of my drinking coupled with knowledge that cirrhosis is often asymptomatic in its early stages

Is Hydroxocobalamin im suitable for sub cut?
So I finally got to see my gp following the haematologist appointment last Monday and now have my prescription of Ampoules. They state on the box that they are for Im injection but I would prefer to do sub cut as with everything else going on I am not quite confident that I can relax enough to inject

Wet Macular degenerative disease has begun
I was diagnosed with the dry.form of macular degenerative disease in both eyes at the age of 40. I've eaten right and excercised, taken vitamins for the eyes. Now at 53 Ive started injections of Eylea in both eyes. I'm hoping for the best. God bless us all who suffer from this horrible disease.

Will both eyes be examined after intravenous dye injection?
I have dry AMD in my right eye and wet in my left. Will both eyes be examined when I go for my fluorescein Angiograph next week? I feel that the vision in my right eye is deteriorating too and I am concerned. Also: What is the procedure of my first eye injection in two weeks time. Details please.

Hi there! :) It's me..Kimberly. Lately, and in the past, I have seen some posts mentioning alcohol, alcoholism and heavy drinking. I often respond to those posts and try to offer advice and compassion. But, I thought that I might write a post that could help someone with questions about drinking, or

Hi all I not been so good recently kept getting major water retention. Anyway I had a scan and my stent is blocked but it also shown that I had blood clots within my liver I was wondering if anyone has suffered with clots in the liver as well as I have been informed that it's going to make the transplant
