liver scan today
Well after being told last year I have NAFLD and further blood tests this year saying it has gone from moderate to severe ! The scan today shows I do not have a fatty liver ? Has anyone had this before ?? I obviously need to go back to GP to understand why my blood show differently

Black spots upon waking
Hi.. I have this problem also. It started around 6 months ago. Woke up one morning to see 2 black dots upon the white wall which disappeared when blinking. I contacted my gp and have had 2 eye tests including dilated pupil and both say eye health is good. I am now suffering with sleep and hallucinations

Spider Angioma?
Hi there - What might this be? I've had this kind of mark on my abdomen for many years (since I used to live in West Africa) but recently it looks to be getting more pronounced or "longer" across my abdomen (horizontal). After I shower or work out, it seems like the vein-aspect goes away and its just

Ultrasound of liver....sit upright for last part of scan
As the title says in for my yearly US of liver. Usually i go for the scan and lay on my back and both sides while scan is done. This time, at the end, i was asked to sit upright off the side of the bed while my sonographer scanned the liver area, while i sat there. Does anyone know the reason for scanning

Wet macular degeneration, does it dry up for long?
I’m heading to my second Eylea injections shortly and was wondering how long the Eylea can dry it up for? I think my vision is improved a little so I’m wondering if there is a chance I won’t need further injections after the loading dose. Is it feasible to hope for this as an outcome?

MRI Results
The reason I was not suitable for cardioversion or ablation is I have
Dilated
Cardiomyopathy
that can only be managed. Bit of a blow but my ejection is 41% so cautiously optimistic. I'd appreciate any thoughts and information from you lovely forum members who are in a similar situation

Update to my 10.1 elf
From previous post where dr wouldn't do scan as elf was under 10.5, which nice guidelines do state, but my concern was my drs think anything upto 10.5 is completely normal range with no other references, I did book a private ultrasound last week which showed nothing at all with my liver not even any

Just need some honest opinions
34 year old male, drinking since age 18. Pretty good shape, not overweight, pretty active, eating fairly healthy. Started drinking at parties and socially and went 2 + years in the span from 18-24 without drinking at all. Started drinking heavier (usually 4-5 drinks per night) around 2013-2014. Since
