DCM and BPH

Dilated cardiomyopathy since 2018. On beta blockers, diuretics, anticoagulant & statin with 1 litre fluid restriction & half salt.

After 2 years devoleped BPH)Prostate enlargement) resulting in less urination which gradually results in increase of toxins & weight gain.

What are the medications followed in people like me & also home remedies etc please
