Another day another scan

So had two more scans Re:right sided flank pain. Previous ultrasound sound said enlarged liver Fatty liver enlarged right kidney.

Today they decided I haven’t got enlarged anything and liver only very mild fatty liver and a very very small umbilical hernia.

So all good except bloods

Alt 62in Feb/ 41 in April / 66 now

Gamma 62 in April 74 now

I dunno what I am do about bloods but happy all the same.

You have every right to be happy as you have done something that many of us are trying here to achieve.

Getting diagnosed with Hepatomegaly (Enlarged Liver) and Fatty Liver and managing to reverse is a real thing to be happy.

I'm sure your story will inspire and give hope to those who are suffering from fatty liver.

It's better if you can share more details of what you have done in between your two scan sessions like the diet changes, exercise routines, etc., so that similar people can understand and follow some of it.
