Spider Angioma?

Hi there - What might this be? I've had this kind of mark on my abdomen for many years (since I used to live in West Africa) but recently it looks to be getting more pronounced or "longer" across my abdomen (horizontal). After I shower or work out, it seems like the vein-aspect goes away and its just reddish looking (almost like a rash). To complicate things, I am starting to notice reddish palms with bier spots, but they go away instantly once i raise my hands above my shoulders..... Of course, fearing it could be liver related or cirrhosis given my high social drinking these past 10 years (32 year old male).

I've been through most tests (x-ray, CT scan of abdomen, extensive lab tests but not liver specific, endoscopy, colonoscopy, etc.) and they've returned normal. Concerned but my doctor thinks I'm just paranoid or crazy! Figured someone here might have some experiences they could share.

Tempting as it is to post photo's/results I am afraid that community guidelines state that pictures and results should not be posted on the forum as no one on it is qualified to give a medical opinion. Your own doctor will be able to tell you if it is liver related or not. I will have to delete the photo - sorry

Doctor says I'm fine and does not think it's alcohol related.....
