Misoprostol medical miscarriage. Constant cramping.
I had Misoprostol medical induced miscarriage on Monday 8th. I had 4 hours of heavy bleeding and extreme cramps on the Monday. Then Tuesday, weds and Thurs I felt physically fine. Then Friday morning in the middle of the night I woke up with extreme cramps again. Not as bad as Monday. But bad enough

I started taking 15mg of Preds two weeks ago and within hours began to get instant relief apart from a slightly stiff right shoulder. At the same time I was given 50mg Diclofenac anti inflammatory drugs for a swollen arthritic knee I stopped taking the Diclofenac two days ago for the knee and yesterday

Rheumatology second opinion appointment
Hello everyone, so my husband had his second opinion with another NHS rheumatologist yesterday (same hospital), and I'd really appreciate people's thoughts on some of the things he said, as follows: 1) The pain, stiffness, heat and swelling across my husband's knuckles and proximal joints (both hands

Laparoscopy made everything 1000x times worse, anyone else?
Hi all, I wondered if anyone else had, had a bad experience with their laparoscopy? I have suffered with endometriosis for 18 years ((I am 34 yes old)) (constantly misdiagnosed, gas lighted, not listened to, told it was normal period pains and to "just get on with it" - you know the usual story for

Seronegative RA with OA in the Lumbar and Cervical Spine
I have a diagnosis of Seronegative Rheumatoid Arthritis with underlying Osteoarthritis in the lumbar and cervical spine. My question is one of exercise - The GP has made a referral to Physiotherapy - I'm expecting that this will take a while for an appointment to come through, in the meantime I'd love

My 20 year old nephew is not showing any signs
My nephew who just turned 20 3 months ago was riding on his motorcycle when an irresponsible driver hit in to him and had a major accident. The air ambulance said if he did not have a helmet he most likely would have crushed his brain and been pronounced dead at the scene however He’s been in coma since

gut microbiota and dopamine
A growing body of evidence showed that gut microbiota dysbiosis might be associated with the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease (PD). Microbiota-targeted interventions could play a protective role in PD by regulating the gut microbiota-gut-brain axis. Sodium butyrate (NaB) could improve gut microbiota

Why am I experiencing migraines, muscle twitching and generally feeling poo 💩?!
Last year year this forum was incredibly helpful when I had a very scary patch of feeling dreadful. I nearly passed out in the middle of the night. Eventually I was diagnosed with vestibular migraine and haven’t felt myself since. I get some migraine symptoms like zig zagging in eye and tiredness but

Hi everyone, I’m 48 & was diagnosed with IC & Hunners ulcers after having a bladder lift in 2005 & having the mesh fall apart & get stuck in my pelvic floor wall. The mesh was of course toxic and did a number on my bladder as well. I tried EVERYTHING you could imagine & kept track of when pain would

Gummies - BE CAREFUL
There is a huge range of substances now available in the form of gummies. And gummies are made to taste nice. And this disguises that they contain active ingredients with serious effects. They themselves seem entirely innocuous. Possibly there is more concern over any sugars and sweeteners than what

How do we get a T3 test requested?
morning, just been reading through a load of things on here as I’m not sure my figures are where they should be at the moment. I’m getting a load of problems lately especially to do with my feet, muscle aches, dry skin, anxiety, brain fog (and also what I think is pulsatile tinnitus that’s driving
