I have just come back from a week away and tested positive for Covid. Not sure which drugs to keep taking. Hospital support is rarely available and GPs always just say ask hospital.
I am very stable and in remission for years. I have Benepali and Mtx injections and Diclofenac tablets. I am not too ill at the moment and just have a cough and temperature. Had many vaccinations!
Has anyone had Covid and had advice on whether to stop drugs?

I was told by Rheumatology to stop all immunosuppressant drugs, in my case sulfasalzine and sarilumab, until I tested negative. It didn't seem to cause any problems with the RA although it was 3 weeks without the medication.
I've just had Covid and stopped my methotrexate, tested negative now so will restart meds next week, I could still take sulfazalozine though. I'm glad that I had had my vaccine 3 weeks ago as was quite poorly.
My wife brought COVID home in the Summer of 2022, it was our first, and only, infection from the insidious nasty. As others have noted, all immunosuppressive therapy was ceased, until fully recovered. Overall, our pleasure cruise took just over three weeks. When it was all over, we restarted Rx. I'm fine, she's still out of remission. Word of advice ... do nothing, literally nothing, to stress yourself. Be sick, don't try to rush recovery, push through it with normal work patterns, etc. Sleep, hydrate, wash off and repeat over and over. Rest, rest and more rest. Best wishes.
They told me id have to stop everything if i opted for anti virals. If its manegable without then I was told stop the mtx until i was well. Not sure about the others
