After all my blood tests all is ok except for my cholesterol which is high. I have been recommended to go on a low carb diet (cutting down on potatoes rice pasta and bread

Tingling in extremities
I am CkD 3. Last GFR 57. Creatine 1.24 BUN 14 I have been taking triametrene for 10 years. I have been CKD for at least 5 years. I also take Lisinopril for HBP. I watch my sodium intake and protein. My potassium is typically on the low end. Prior to my diagnosis I was anemic. I now take iron supplements

Exercise can be just as effective as some meds for lowering high blood pressure ❤️
Hello everyone, Well its official exercise is good for 'us' it's still tentative so don't stop your meds yet but this is very encouraging and in a way obvious as many of us know the importance of not only a healthy diet but a healthy diet combined with sufficient exercise for us is the obvious best choice

Off topic- Gluten Free favourites
https://www.sbs.com.au/food/recipes/breakfast-bread Off topic but I wondered if anyone has any favourite gf products that make going gf that much easier? For me, the breakfast bread (see link) is a saviour. To make it easier, I change the ground flaxseed to buckwheat flour, the coconut oil to olive

Alpha Lipoic Acid, Selenium and Milk Thistle - Reply.
This is really in answer to MrB_123 question. However, this question pop's up from time to time. ‼️Warning‼️ Sensitive post alert - UPDATE on beta hcg results at bottom of post 10/12/18
Today is otd! It’s a bfp. I barely slept even though I’ve been testing since 6dp! I’m actually quite pleased with the darkness of the line on the clinic test as they’ve been a bit lighter than this on otd previously. I’ve called the clinic about going in for bloods for further reassurance and I’m waiting
