Transferred 3 embryos.

What are your plans for the 2WW?

How do you intend to improve your chances?

I will be taking Cyclogest, Gestone injection, Progynova, prednisone, folic acid, vitamin C, B12, D3...

Wearing socks right now.

Will take pineapple core from today till day 5.

Anymore tips?

Mm i just having rest.eating healthy and will take pregnacare and low dose of 500iu D that's it.brazil nuts good

Pomegranate juice, Brazil nuts, pineapple, warm showers not hot, baby wash - nothing strong or perfumed, no heavy lifting, not touching the cat litter tray, increasing my protein intake, a pregnancy vitamin daily, metformin, vaginal pessaries, and as much distraction as possible!!! Work, cinema, friends - good luck!!!! X

I'm actually just going with the flow on this 2ww as my theory is if I got pregnant naturally I would just get on with life as I would not know this early I was potentially pregnant but do whatever works for you and good luck for that BFP 🤞 xx

That ideology is not bad at all. Because at the end of it all it is God that makes it happen.

I had a glass of Pom juice and took 3 brazil nuts as well as pineapple core. Wear warm fleece socks rather than nothing on your feet in the house. Wishing you all the best x
