Confused... Endometriosis?
So I'm not sure if anyone can help or not but I feel a bit lost so thought I would give this a go. Basically about 8 years ago I was having massive pains in my pelvis so they did a laparoscopy. They found a lot of pelvic adhesions and scar tissue they separated some of my organs and sent me on my way

Endometriosis and Nutrition
Hello everyone! I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to share their experiences about nutrition with managing their endo symptoms. I had my second lap 3 and a half weeks ago. It went well in that they found tissue in various places and ablated it. I am currently building up with walks etc and

Advice please
Hi, I had been told that I have suspected endometriosis as I am too big to have it checked properly, I was fitted with the mirena coil 3 months ago and literally had to take two weeks off work as I was in such agony from it. It took more than 8 weeks to be able to carry on as normal and I’m still not

Coil
Hi, I am getting the coil to reduce period pains instead of mainly using it as a contraceptive. I think my doctor said I will be getting the non-hormonal coil but apparently this increases bleeding and pains? Is this just for the first few months or for as long as you have it in?

Does the endo diet really work?
Following my recent endo diagnosis I want to give myself the best chance I can to delay the regrowth of what I have had excised. During surgery my surgeon fitted me with the coil but I’ve read lots on here about the endo diet. I was just wondering what the evidence is? Are there any research articles

Heavy bleeding??
It's been a while, thankfully since I've suffered with the heavy bleeding aspect of endo as I had a coil insitu for 4 years. I've had it removed to TTC with my partner. I'm not sure if what I'm experiencing constitutes heavy bleeding or not but this is my first period since the coil removal and when

Coil hurting partner
In certain positions my partner seems to be getting small nicks on the end of his penis and says it feels like being scratched sometimes. Could this be the strings on my coil?

Trying for a baby after diagnosis
Hi all, I've not posted here for a while now as I'm guilty of only posting when I need advice rather than to give advice, I need to stop that! I was diagnosed 2 years ago with endo and immediately had the mirena coil in and all my symptoms disappeared and were like that for just over a year and a half

TTC with Endo
Hi all, Long story short about me. I started my AF when I was 11 and instantly knew that it wasn't normal. Huge battle and operations 18 years later to finally be diagnosed with Stage 2 Endometriosis on the 26th April. I have been on progesterone only contraception since the age of 13 due to the excruciating

Pain with mirena and endo
A bit of back story. I've not got an official diagnosis of endometriosis yet but it's suspected. I have had an ultrasound that didn't show anything. And an MRI that I'm waiting for the results of. My next appointment with the gynecologist is end of September. It was suggested in my last appointment

Coil removal and severe blood loss help :(
I had my Mirena coil out after having it put in during my lap in February so I’ve not had it too long. I had it removed on Friday just gone. Yesterday and today my bleeding has been SO bad. Today I put a max night pad on and it was soaked through within 45 min, I was utterly shocked so called dr.

The pill or coil
I have suspected endo but nothing confirmed as they don’t want to operate with me being only 25 and not near having children yet but I was told to take my combined pill back to back for 6months which I have done but I’ve still had a lot of pain and greater intolerances to food like dairy and gluten.
