Pain in Breasts with the Marina

I've had my Merina IUD for 2 years now and I had a few weeks of cramping at first then it stopped along with the bleeding I do still have mood swings for 1 or 2 days but nothing else till about a week ago. I have gone up a cup size on my breasts and they are hard and hurt pretty bad. I read on other ladies same problem except they had this in the first few months. I'm not sure if this is normal and I'm worried I've already had an a pregnancy in my tubes 4 years ago. Should I make an appointment?
