Pain increasing despite Zoladex jabs
I've been on Zoladex jabs now to stop my cycle for over a year while I wait for surgery, my pain is steadily increasing despite me not having a period. I always get pain the week I would normally be having my period and have the entire time I've been on the jabs but now it's getting unbearable again

Pregabalin not working so GP has put me on Duloxetine. I am confused!
After some months of endless nights of 2 hours sleep, (after a lifetime of RLS I'm now 74) on an increasing dose of Pregabalin to 450mgs, then back to 300mgs, plus oral iron to raise my ferritin (27), I finally phoned my GP and told him the sorry tale including how I fell asleep standing up one night

Cold water pain relief.
Hi everyone, I hope the pain and fatigue aren't too bad and is at least tolerable. I just wanted to say that I've recently ( since April this year), discovered pretty good pain relief from cold water dipping in the sea. I can't say I swim as I feel a bit nervous in the sea. It's got to the stage where

Duloxetine
So my local nurse recommended I take duloxetine today to help with fibro pain I've been having lately, as well as treating my depression. I'm a bit on the fence with it though as my husband and I are wanting to try for a baby soon, so I don't want to start a medication to potentially stop taking it after

I have a severe axonal lesion of the peroneal nerve in my lower left leg and foot. I am interested in gaining more info on my condition.
In November 2019 it is presumed that I had some sort of fall and lay unconscious for at least 48 hours before being discovered by family members. I have no recollection of any of this. I awoke in hospital to find that my foot felt incredibly heavy and I was immobile and bedridden. In addition I was put

Flare....how long will this last
I am currently having one of the worst flares of fibromyalgia I have ever had. The pain and fatigue are unbearable. My GP has suggested that I try taking Duloxetine. But the problem is that I have to wean my current SSRI first and I know that is going to be awful as I have done it before. How long will

Hashimoto's, levothyroxine intolerance. Help please anyone?
I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's in February 2021, following a routine blood test, and put on 25mcg levothyroxine and was fine. In June 2021 my dose was increased to 50mcg. Again, I thought I was fine, although in hindsight, I think I may have been having side effects, but due to working etc missed

Any advice on how to stay focused?
Hello everyone! My name's Camilla and I'm 26. In October of last year I've been diagnosed with combined ADHD and I'm still trying to adjust to the news. I'm writing because I would like some advice on how to live a healthier life! (TW: mention of antidepressants) I've been in therapy since 2010 circa

Long term use of Duloxetine
Hi, I have been taking Duloxetine continuously since 2003. I did try Sertraline but I couldn't function. Seeing my GP at the moment is a nightmare. I am just aware that my anxiety episodes are getting more frequent with no rhyme or reason for them. Have they stopped working? and is it dangerous to be

Problems with Duloxetine 120mg.
I've recently started 120mg of Duloxetine from 90mg daily. I'm constantly tired, falling over and no energy at all. My sleep pattern is chaotic, falling asleep in the day (from 5am till 2pm) then no energy. I don't want to be so tired it's awful, just want a good night's sleep.

Reducing medication to help fatigue?
Hi, I’ve seen the nurse practitioner today about my fatigue which just seems to be getting worse n worse. I currently take 90mg duloxetine and she suggested I come off it (very gradually) or reduce the dose as with it being an antidepressant it could be contributing to or causing the fatigue. Has anyone

Diagnosed? PIP
Hello Everyone, I'm currently being given Duloxetine 60mg and Naproxen for Fibromyalgia. My Doctor said I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in November 2021. (They only told me this last weeks, April 2022). I have never seen a rheumatologist who I have been told are the only ones able to diagnose Fibromyalgia

Crying, pain & optimism
Morning, I’m having a hellish time. Have SLE & secondary fibromyalgia. Was on duloxetine 60mg twice daily for fibromyalgia pain. Now stopped. I found I had no emotion. In duloxetine at that dose. Was previously on fluoxetine for anxiety / mood. I also reduced pregabalin as it causes me widespread oedema

Paroxetine for Hot flashes?
Anyone have any experience or knowledge about Paroxetine? My MO suggested I take 10 mg daily to help with hot flashes. I’m not too crazy about the idea of taking an antidepressant.
