For the past week I have not been sleeping well. But tonight really takes the biscuit as my back is in terrible pain that hot water bottles nor paracetomol and ibuprofen is taking even the slightest edge off. All I've wanted to do All weekend is sleep and have had a few naps. The doctors hasn't given

Recent Fibro “diagnosis”
hey friends, After years and years of back and forth, a rheumatology physiotherapist at the IMSK clinic has come to the conclusion that I “most likely have fibromyalgia”. He came to this conclusion on our first meeting with no physical examination done at all. My rheumatologist has said it’s probable

Diet and Ayurvedic approaches to cure bloating and pain
hello , I have fibro, migraines, degenerating spine and osteoarthritis. I take Pregabalin max dose , duloxetine 80mg and amitryptiline 50mg. I lean to the right from the waist most mornings so I get nerve pain everywhere. Pregabalin seems to cause bloating and well get gain. I am medically aware.

Duloxetine & Pregabalin Information
Hi Everyone, I spoke to my GP this morning for some help with pain in my feet, ankles wrists & shoulders as it's getting much worse. He has offered me either Duloxetine or Pregabalin & told me to look into both on NHS website & decide for myself which I would prefer. Has anyone had either of these

Anxiety Advice
Hi, I've always been prone to low grade depression, but had never suffered from anxiety until i tried to come off Paroxetine (Seroxat) in 2013, having been on it for a number of years. Even though i weaned myself off slowly over 18 months the anxiety was severe and eventually i gave up, went back on

Chronic Fatigue in Pelvic Pain Disease - Endometriosis/IBD/Bladder Pain
Hi everyone, I am new to this group, and am hoping for some help and support from seasoned pelvic pain sufferers. I will give a bit of background of my medical history, and wonder if there is anyone who can relate with any aspects with confirmed diagnosis of IBD or Endometriosis who could give advice

taking long for antidepressives to work
I have depression for 20 years but in February 2022 I had q relapse and I am not being able to recover. I am with paroxetine for 20 days and Wellbutrin for 10 days. In my previous crisis I reacted quickly to the meds, but this time is taking longer. Have you experienced that?
