cystoscopy

No corrective action taken YET.
Have had A typical cells from last
Cystoscopy
earlier this month so will have the procedure to see what the heck is going on. Had left kidney, ureter and bladder cuff removed mid April last year and mass located right in the pelvic junction was determined to be transitional cancer.

Just need to talk
They also did a
cystoscopy
. I have very extensive endometriosis on the left side which has squashed the ureter. They took out my left ovary and tube which had a large endometrioma. It's on my bowel and there is also some on the right side.

Wondering if I should talk to my doctor again after normal CA125 results.
When I got results back doctor told me no stones / abnormal results found but did have urine retention / back pressure on kidney so sent for
cystoscopy
to check my bladder.

Any help or advice please?
I was then referred to a consultant for a
cystoscopy
. Again they found nothing. I was then referred to a general medical consultant as the gp didnt know what else to do with me. I had scans blood tests injections you name it i had it. Eventually he referred me to gyneacology.

There was no endo effecting my bladder and I had a
cystoscopy
which showed deep cystitis in my bladder hense the preventative anti biotics.. Has anyone else got any experience with UTI problems and what can I do to help this stop happening again...

Low PSA with a Gleason 8 diagnosis
In September 2008 I experienced a bout of hematuria (blood in the urine), which led to an appointment with a urologist, which led to a biopsy and
cystoscopy
in late 2008. The biopsy revealed 11 cancerous cores (out of 12 samples) and a Gleason grading of 4+4=8, i.e., aggressive PCa.

Waiting for biopsy results...
All the urine samples have come back negative to an infection, and as they did a
cystoscopy
during my laparoscopy, I know my bladder is healthy, so it has to be gynae problems again! I have now been waiting nearly 8 months to here anything about my biopsy results!

Possible return of endo :-(
His reasons for this are my bladder (to which i had a
cystoscopy
today which shows a clear bladder), a kidney block even though ct and kidney functions are normal or that endometriosis has returned despite my TAH. Has anyone else who had a hysterectomy had this awful thing return?

Fight to have laparoscopy
I asked about the bladder issues and she said the
cystoscopy
would show up endo on the bladder ( i dont think it would). And she said what do you want to happen if they find endo anyway. So i said they can remove it. And she said there's no point as it always comes back anyway.

Feeling so happy 😊
They also want me to have an urgent
cystoscopy

cystoscopy
done and could let me know what they do.

Colonoscopy advice please
Due to some ongoing issues with my nether regions, pain, recurring infections and generally feeling rubbish I had a
cystoscopy
a while back, which only showed that I had a bit of a kink in one of the tubes that runs from my kidneys to my bladder, resulting in tomorrow's colonoscopy as they now think

Tapering Pred & General Anaesthetic
I am due to go in next Thursday for fixed
Cystoscopy
under General Anaesthetic. Went for my pre op assessment today and all ok. But I have recently tapered to 7mg (been on Pred for a year) using the dead slow and stop and just wondered if I should up it a day before and the day of the Op.

Differing diagnosis
I saw my gp and asked to be referred to a different consultant which she did and she was very good, she doesn't d another lap and a
cystoscopy
, she told me I had pelvic congestion syndrome and possible andenomyosis and gave me the mirena coil and prescribed amitryptyline.

Confused after colonoscopy yesterday
I'm booked in for a laparoscopy,
cystoscopy
and hysteroscopy next Thursday 14 jan. My question is that I had a colonoscopy yesterday (which wasn't the nicest experience!) - and this came back clear. Does anyone know if it's possible to have bowel related endo but a colonoscopy come back clear?

Interesting week.
Wednesday have bladder scan and
cystoscopy
following eighteen months of blood in urine. Gp ignored this. Come home to cold house ( day two British gas). Told I need gynae referral. Thursday informed I need kidney ct. I can't as I'm allergic to contrast dye.
