Non specific symptoms.
I know there are lots of types out there tho so wondering if it is not on the spectrum Question 2: doc indicated symptoms are non specific and need a
cystoscopy
. Any idea what these symptoms could indicate? Some rare std or tropical disease? Prostatis?

Pain following cystoscopy
Hi all, I was hoping you might be able to advise me on some pain that I have been dealing with, following a
cystoscopy
that I recently underwent on the 28 July. I underwent a flexible
cystoscopy
after suffering from some minor urinary symptoms since November 2019, following an injury.

Diagnosis of Hughes no longer relevant
After taking 2 or 3 jars of pure red blood with little urine, to the GP, I had a quick
Cystoscopy
on my bladder yesterday. The surgeon took quite a while to clear the frank display of blood before he actually saw (I assume) what was possibly the outside of my bladder and,NO SIGN OF CANCER!!!!!

ADT and Docetaxel worked for treating the Prostrate and Pelvic Mets, but 2 out of 3 ain't bad
I had a
cystoscopy
, ureter stent change, TURBT and biopsy 6 weeks ago, and tomorrow I go in for chemo shot #8. The plan is to have one more chemo shot, #9, then when my stent is due for a change in about 7 weeks, determine then during the
cystoscopy
the effectiveness of the 3 additional infusions.

What Now? How is This Even Happening?
We scheduled a
cystoscopy
, which was performed yesterday. The doctor said the good news and the bad news is that bleeding is being caused by radiation cystitis. It's good news because there is no tumor. It's bad news because it's permanent, incurable, with no real treatment options.

Should I have more Chemo now?
So, I finished 6 Docetaxel sessions 4 weeks ago and as I'm responding to the Chemo, Eligard and Casodex, I'm considering 4 more chemo shots between now and when I have another
cystoscopy
in 3 months to remove/change my stent.

Cystoscopy revealed a new tissue growth
Hello everyone, hope you are all getting on well. What is it...It wasn’t the cough that carried him off. It was the coffin they carried him off in? So my exam was delayed by one month for a total of seven months since last looking inside my bladder. A new tissue was there but the urologist isn’t

Urinary Retention 8 months post hysterectomy
I had a
cystoscopy
in which debris was found in my bladder. I started medications that just made things worse and was told to stop them. On the 18th of May I went into urinary retention. I had my TWOC on the 5th of June, which I failed and now have a catheter for a longer amount of time.

Help with Lower Scrotum and Perineum Pain
More tests needed My Urologist at UCLA has said I can do a
cystoscopy
and MRI with contrast, but he said given our results so far (see above) it seems unnecessary. I think a pudendal nerve test may yield some interesting results and maybe a MRI scan of the spine and pelvic reason.

Recurrence getting started...what now?
Cystoscopy
unsuccessful in removing blockage. Had surgery to reroute the ureter. Then developed a hematoma which took weeks to fix. Was told blocked ureter caused by original RALP. I still have very weak stream, stop/start, straining, and inability to fully void.

Neurogenic Bladder? UTI? Chronic Pelvic Pain?
I begged for a
Cystoscopy
and finally my urologist did it. Also had an urodynamic study on that day prior to the
cystoscopy
. He found out that I had high pressures in my bladder while storage of urine. Also my bladder was trabeculated but didnt show signs of infection (according to him).
