Cystectomy

I have stage 4 endometriosis and previously had a bilateral cystectomy in June 2023. I have since had 2 rounds of IVF, both fresh transfers have ended in biochemical pregnancies. My endometrioma grew back prior to IVF and around 6cm.

Hello, I had emergency surgery for an ovarian torsion and an ovarian cystectomy (dermoid cyst they said from MRI’s) and afterwards I was told there is an ‘Incidental endometriosis nodule at the left cornua of the uterus.’ I have no idea what this means?

I go into hospital next Monday to have my Riged Cystectomy - or maybe !! I was in bed weekend and got a call from urology - I have to go back to "Pre Op" as something is not right with thetests I had. Took them long enought, I had my Pre Op a while ago.

Had chemo and then cystectomy 10 years ago. Last few years, kidney stones then UTIs, until lithotripsy for the stones. But have urethral constriction, so every 4 month I have stents put through my stoma. Has anyone heard of, or had the procedure done for the constriction using Optilume?
