I need to lose weight! Getting ready for a do and I couldnt get into any of my lovely evening dresses. Panic! Managed to get a dress 3 hours before I was due to leave but horrified it was XXL. However, it looked fabulous.

Clothes shopping can be difficult as Ive had a mastectomy without reconstruction which is what I wanted. Im used to my body and love it just the same! Plus how can I complain its now 37 years since I had breast cancer,

But I want the blubber gone so this is week 1.
