Private health insurance

has anyone been successful in getting a laparoscopy or cystectomy (cyst removal) in uk on private health insurance after already having had fertility treatment? I'm thinking of taking some out to check for silent endometriosis but worried they won't accept me as they will class fertility treatment as previous Gynaecological condition even though we are unexplained and i dont have any other Gynaecological issues. What company is anyone with if so? Thanks
