Well what a great morning. I’m home done south for the week visiting family.

Temperature drop this am 4 degrees but a beautiful day. Had a lay in so started my run at 7am going to do it earlier on wed/ Friday as it was very busy on the prom at that time.

Those of you that have read my posts know l live in rural West Wales and my runs are very early under the stars with only the sound of the cows going to milking. Wow this was so very different it was like being on the M4 lots of people running and even more cycling so l was dodging them as well.

Everyone ignores each other in their own little world which was fine by me after all lm not used to running in public places. They were all kitted out in their gear l was in my usual stuff and felt a little under dressed 😂😂

It was lovely running along the seafront towards the sunrise and brightly coloured beach huts and great to be running at home.

W5 R1 went well MJ has warned me that it mixes up this week and to take it steady but just couldn’t resist really pushing my self on the final 60 secs of r3. It was a great feeling and looking forward to Wednesday run.

Realised how lucky l am in Wales to be able to run from my door step could have done that today but wanted to run on the seafront so had a 5 min drive.

Had no technical hitches or wardrobe malfunctions which was great 😂

Had my usual creeky first run which l think most have till everything is in its right place and you have established your breathing. By the last 5 min run was really enjoying it and could have run on but Oldfloss always pops up slow and steady and l did as l was told but ax l said did really push myself for the last 60 sec.

have a great day everyone where ever you are and what ever your run is today lm off to enjoy my endorphin rush 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️👍😂
