Progesterone HRT and Heart Rate

Hello,

I’m 51 and doc has recently put me on Evorel 75 and Utrogestan 100. I’ve been on them for 3 weeks now. Was on Femoston 1/10 for 2 years before this.

My question is does the Utrogestan raise heart rate after I ovulate? I ovulated on Wednesday and since then I’m boiling hot and my resting heart rate has really gone up (Apple Watch, which is usually correct). My sleep has been hideous since then too and I’m a bit confused as doc said the progesterone would help with the sleep. No other changes in meds.

Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.
