I had an FET done on 2/24 and had a blood test done on 3/5. Our embryo was a 5 day blastocyst. My result came back negative and with my doctor’s direction stopped taking the progesterone in oil and the estrogen. My test was done 9 days after my transfer. Most post I am reading talk about 2 weeks. Does anyone know why my doctors would test on day 9?

Hiya im the same only i have to do a urine test today 9dp5dt and got a faint line but got not pregnant on a clearblue digital im so confused did u do a natural cycle x
Hi Lass, I’m sorry to hear your test is negative. Usually testing (at home or with blood test) on day 9 post a day 5 transfer gives a reliable result. It’s very unlikely to have a positive result if at day 9 is negative, especially on an IVF cycle. Stay strong 💪🏻 😘
Sorry to hear about your negative... my clinic does day 9 test too as they say a 5 day blasto adds up to 14 days past ovulation so it would be accurate by then xx
