Progesterone 7dp5dt Should i increase?

Hello, my progesterone on day of embryo transfer was 165 nmol/L (51.9 ng/ml) and i tested my progesterone 7 days after embryo transfer as previous times i had bleeding and now its 72.9 nmol (22.6 ng/ml). I am already on a very high dose of 2 x lubion and 3 cyclogest as my clinic do not do the oil based progesterone. Is the 72.9 nmol ok or should i increase as i had some spotting this morning before testing. Would be grateful for any input.

Hi it’s a hard one my last cycle I had 3 lubion, 3 cyclogest , but still had the bit fat negative I had no bleeding at all, xxxx

Thank you for replying to me. I had some light pink blood on and off when i wipe at the toilet. However i am feeling its over.

The fall in progesterone implies that there was no implantation. Also i have some

Cramps and i am not bloated as i was with my boobs been less soar per day. The worse part is that i need to continue injections and medication until next Wednesday.

What day are you on , because many lovely ladies on here have had no symptoms but still had the big fat positive in the end , I always tried to think positive I know it’s so hard xxxxxx

Today its day 8dp5dt. I will test the weekend for sure. Will try to be positive but chances are very weak.

I hope you are processing and see what you might want to do next. A few months off to prepare yourself might be good. Sending lots of support

It’s still so early though, I understand what you’re saying about not getting your hopes up , I hope you can do your test at the weekend and prove yourself wrong xxxxx
