Progesterone pessaries
Hello lovelies Preparing ahead..how do you decide what time to insert the pessaries, given 30mins to lie down after. From past experience it was 2x in the morning (8am) and 2x evening (8pm). How precise do you have to be with these ? Does it have to be exactly 12hrs apart or can it be longer?

MRI Results - what now??
Hey guys, So after chasing results with my gynae’s secretary I was finally sent the radiology report from my MRI scan. The findings stated ‘likely adenomyosis with bilateral haemorrhagic cysts. (There were four or five in total) No evidence of fibrosis or DIE”. I’m awaiting a follow up appointment

When to change IVF clinics
I am at a standpoint with my clinic . I am considering changing providers in this same clinic or change to another clinic. I have gotten pregnant each of my embryo transfers but I feel before each loss we could had done things to prevent it. My last pregnancy ended at 10 weeks ( 07/2022) , normal female

Bad acne on ivf drugs after BFP
Hi Ladies I’m just wondering if any of you had bad acne on progesterone and steroids after your BFP. It’s worse than when I was a teenager, any advise or recommendations to calm it down would be greatly appreciated 💫

Fertility Update (sensitive)
Hi everyone, I just wanted to share my ongoing fertility struggles over the last 3 years since I gave birth to my miracle daughter conceived via IVF due to unexplained fertility. Despite failing to ever fall pregnant naturally, 1.5 years after the birth of my daughter I fell pregnant naturally. Unfortunately

Small follicles on scan
Hi all lovely ladies, I need advice. I went in for a scan on cd10 and they found 3 small follicles. Lining was at 6.9mm. Uterus and everything else look good. I'm just worried about small follicles sizing from 4.6mm,2.4mm and 2.6mm.What can I do to increase the size? I'm taking oestrogen and progesterone

No blood test to check progesterone levels before FET. Did your clinic also not test?
My clinic are not going to check my progesterone levels before FET, anyone else experience this? I guess it’s making me paranoid and wondering how and if it impacts success rates? Please share your experiences. Thanks x

I’m back and already have the sense of dread 😂
Hi my lovelies. I was incredibly lucky to have my boy last year following a fresh transfer. We have some frosties so we are going to try a FET for the first time. I’m really nervous as we don’t want to do a fresh round again so we need to get the protocol right early in order not to waste our precious

Progesterone only 17.9, 4DPT. Can't help feeling we are already out 😞.
Had my bloods done again today to check if my progesterone has come up following it only being 15.7 on transfer day. I have had 3 full days of 1600mg progesterone - Utrogestan 1200mg (vaginally) and Cyclogest 400mg (rectally) and its only come up by 2.2! I have been advised to continue with the pessaries

High progesterone before FET
hi I’ve just had my progesterone checked two days before my planned FET. Level is 168. I’ve read if it’s above 100 can lower implantation rates. I’ve had two fresh transfers before, both implanted (one blighted ovum and one a successful pregnancy), however both of these I only took cyclogest 400 twice

Made it to 12w scan!
It feels like a huge hurdle to have got to, and I almost can't believe that I have! It was so lovely to see our little bean bouncing about and waving it's arms and legs around, honestly it didn't feel real. I've been scheduled for more scans than normal because of my age and being IVF, but still now

Estrogen , progesterone , Drugs that suppress immune system may protect against Parkinson’s
Drugs that suppress immune system may protect against Parkinson’s People taking corticosteroids such as prednisone were 20 percent less likely to be diagnosed with Parkinson's, while those on inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMDH) inhibitors were about one-third less likely https://medicine.wustl.edu

Progesterone 15.7 on transfer day... Any low progesterone success stories?
Trying (but failing miserably) not to stress out because this was kind of expected but my mind is going into over drive. On my ERA I asked for Progesterone bloods to be done and it was 15.3 so the plan was to stay on Utrogestan 400mg x2 daily and the day after transfer increase the Utrogestan pessaries

A long post - How medication was ruining my life, not making me better! Reassurance for anyone concerned about stopping medication.
Hi ladies. A very Happy New Year to you all! I am hoping that 2023 treats you all with improved health and a wealth of happiness. I have seen a lot of posts recently appearing on my feed regarding treatments and hormones, and so I just wanted to share my recent experience of stopping all treatments.

*Sensitive* Early loss
Hi I had my 6 week viability scan yesterday and discovered the gestational sac is empty 😪 I'm devastated obviously, but what's worrying me now is what will happen next. This was my first pregnancy, so I have no idea. I've been told to continue taking progesterone pessaries until I have another scan

Question for you 🙏
Just a thought I’ve been having (dangerous I know 😎) . My TSH is underrange and FT3/4 are still low in range despite 125mcgs of Levo. Conversion is good. Vits are optimal. If my pituitary isn’t “calling” my thyroid to work at all because Levo is replacing my FT4. Does that mean if I reduce my Levo
