CHAMPIX AND RLS
Hi guys, has anyone on this site used Champix as an aid to help give up smoking. If so, did you notice any change with your RLS.

Best tips?
So I’m stopping smoking in a week, I’m trying these tablets called champix and I’m on my 3rd day so far. Apparently on the second week they start to kick in and makes you feel abit nauseous when around tobacco, don’t know if that would be helpful for anyone. I would really like some tips on keeping my

Supplements for endometriosis, detoxification and immune health
Hi ladies, I thought I’d post as I’ve been experiencing some positive change lately and wanted to share what I’ve been doing in the hope that it could bring relief to more people. I’ve read lots on supplements and alternative medicine and from reading about Ayurveda I kind of came across very good supplements

Champix
Not sure if this is the right sight for my question but am wondering if anyone had tried Champix (Varenicline) to give up smkking. I did 19 months ago and had a bad experience. 19 months later and still struggling to get my life back. Even counselling has not helped. Can't get onto any antidepressants

8 Year Anniversary 😀
Jan 19 marked the occasion of quitting cigarettes for 8 years. The day passed, and it didn't even register that it was my anniversary since I rarely think of cigarettes any more. Sometimes, if I do think of cigarettes, exercise will take away any wish to smoke: I guess it's the dopamine hit of exercise

Keep Going
Hello All. Happy New year. I haven't been on here much in the past weeks due to the festive season and holidays but know you are here. I think I've made it to 3 months. Absolutely stoked and proud. It's not easy and the side affects have been tougher than I thought and have changed from hourly/daily

Nearly a year since I had my last cigarette
Well I can't believe I'm writing this, its been nearly a whole year since I last smoked a cigarette and I've also joined WW and have lost 9lb in 4 weeks so I'm tackling the 3 stone weight gain now. So to all those starting out on their smoke free journey, you can do it, I was lucky with the aid of champix

I’m new here and I have to quit smoking for my health
Hi everyone, I’ve smoked for over 40 years, I gave up a few years ago from September to December, I used an e-cigarette and I was fine, when hubby went out for a smoke I’d go too just to smell the fresh smoke because I loved that smell...on Christmas Day, after a lovely dinner I said I was going to “

Day 26
Hi all, I just wanted to update on here that I’m now 26 days smoke free! My Champix ran out a week ago, and I haven’t bothered going back for the second lot of 4 weeks. I’ve been told by my brother that I should, because it helps to stay quit. But right now, I’m just not sure that I need it. I still

Champix-second week. How do you feel?
Hello, I'm on day 11 with Champix. Finding it hard to completely stop. Can I ask how others have gotten along/experience with Champix? Thank you 🙂
