Worried about bipolar
Although I've had
counselling
, psych help and been hospitalised over the years, I feel that I've never been treated properly for it. I have suffered with really bad manic phases and low moods. I have been all over the place for years. I'm only taking fluoxetine.

I am destroying my life
Hi. I am a 37 year old female who has recently started suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. I have been going to counseling and it works. But then the smallest thing happens in my life and I allow myself to fall apart again. I lost my beloved dog in June. My husband and I decided to adopt

Feeling more positive
He told me that I am very much in control of what happens in terms of choices of treatment and agreed that time off work is what I need at the moment - he mentioned medication as a possible option but said he thinks that continuing
counselling
would be more beneficial in the first instance.

I don't know what to do with my life...
To be honest I don't even know how to start this. My life is a mess. I feel hopeless and undesirable. I have no real friends, my mariage is nearly broken, I'm broke all the time and have 0 motivation in my life. I just lost my insurance and now I can't afford counseling. Most of the time I feel like

Latest training for GP's on use of T3
All things considered, it’s important for GPs to have a robust knowledge of the clinical and medicolegal implications of T3 therapy when
counselling
hypothyroid patients.' I'm confused.

Introduction
During those years I have had serious suicidal attempts, failed support from children's mental health services,
counselling
and severe episodes of self harm. However; during my last year within the services, my worker left the service and I was paired with the team manager.

Advice please on supplements
She explained her concerns to the GP who referred her for
counselling
and told her she was being noncompliant by making up excuses not to take her iron tablets. This continued until 2016 when she was referred to haematology and given an iron infusion.

Scared with no-one to talk to
I received help and
counselling
at the time as well as being on medication for a year before making a recovery. I have been well and enjoying life for about 10 years but everything changed this evening.

More than skin deep
I have had
counselling
, but the sheer utter disgust I feel towards myself at times Is awful I’m trying to give myself confidence as time goes on, but the NHS are dishing out obesity surgery to curb the epidemic (I didn’t go down this road, I did it off my own back) but they are doing nothing to help

Am I a victim of patient profiling?
Since around the age of 16 my GP's have been speculating that I may have mental health problems although I have never presented with concerns of my own (I turn up with a cold and they suggest
counselling
or anti-depressants - obviously I'm exaggerating but that's how it feels), it is my firm belief that
