Advice and help please
Also another injection in my foot soot or
cortisone
. It's just the bone side had scans done twice over the years and told they are ok due another next year. The Endo told me that I could have a yearly injection to protect my bones, so not necessary to take HRT.

Does a cortisone shot in the knee help your whole body with RA symptoms, or is it just my medicine starting to help me?
I went to get my knee drained of fluid last week and the doctor also gave me a
cortisone
shot in the knee. That night I also started my first medicine for RA (hydroxychloroquine- was just diagnosed this month). The next morning I was completely symptom free and have been for a week now.

Latest Blood results show true TSH of 23.43(+) miu/l. Any insights please, as five weeks previously it was 0.07(-)
The other approach is the use of hydro-
cortisone
(10mg tablets). Half a tablet, 3 or 4 times a day is usual, later to be increased if required.

Melatonin - seems like a miracle cure, but is it?
I've got shot adrenals glands, low cortisol all day, and when I'm in a crash, as I am at the moment, I sleep terribly. I've had some melatonin for ages, and tried about 1mg the other night. I slept like a baby and felt great the next day, no fatigue or aches and pains. I didn't take it last night and

I need help with my blood test results
Hi, I've been suffering from low testosterone since 20. I'm 33 now and I had a lot tested by the endocrinologist. My testosterone came back within normal limits but it was in the lower range. I don't know how to interpret my estrodial levels because there is no range. I'm trying to get a six pack and
