After avoiding COVID for the past 2 1/2 years I felt a bit unwell today and tested positive on a lateral flow test. I'm sweating with an occasional cough. I'm in the UK. What do I do now to get access to these new drugs like Paxlovid Dave /

Still Testing Positive for COVID
Hello Everyone. I have CLL. I tested positive for Covid a week ago Sunday. Started Paxlovid the day after. I've improved tremendously. Hubby tested positive 3 days ago. I retested today and it still shows positive. Very frustrated. Any advice? I assume I should still quarrantine? Is this normal

Eek, my brother-in-law just tested positive for Covid. He is at our house almost every day, often has dinner with us. He stayed with us for awhile after heart attacks and retirement and he and my husband have done alot together ever since. We live in a rural area an they enjoy working on motors,

Antibodies and vaccines
I was interested in the post from Aussie Neil regarding Antibodies and Vaccines. Since Covid started I have had two Covid jabs prior to starting Acalabrutinib and then another three. I was advised by my Consultant Heamatologist to have whatever jabs I was offered. So in addition to the above,

those of you who have had Omicron lately….
I just tested positive for Covid. I am wondering when were the worst days of Covid for you? Also how many bad days? I have 3 Pfizer shots but I got my booster back at the end of December and I don’t qualify for a second booster here… I’m pretty sure I got it on Wednesday and today I had a sore throat

Long Covid - The first steps to full recovery
Just to let the world know that today I did my W1R1 after being off for six long months with Long Covid. I only completed half the run as I didn't want to push myself back towards fatigue, a critical caution to bear in mind when recovering from Long Covid. However all went well and way better than

People of HealthUnlocked - COPD: Preparing for a Double Lung Transplant
COVID-19 disproportionately impacted some more than others. Although we were all thrust into uncertainty when the pandemic hit, arguably, those with lung conditions were at the forefront of concern. Today, Bernadette tells us about her story of living with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

Infected with COVID new variant while I was on5 days a week injection. Now bad symptoms relapsed.
6 days ago I found I have covid symptoms . Next day in the morning I had collapse and fall and my family saved me, then other covid symptoms showed up like sever sore throat, fever chill, losing appetite, body ache. Due to B12 deficiency I have many B12 related symptoms like double vision blurry

anxiety post covid a year ago
does anyone get crippling anxiety since having covid pnemonia? I’ve never had anxiety before this and it’s now a year later and I can’t stand it. I am on Ativan twice a day which helps me get out of bed and feel semi normal but I don’t get why it’s happening and how to be normal again?

Scans 16 weeks into Lu 177 (2 infusions)
Began Novartis Pluvicto trial in early April after failing ADT+abi at about 6 mos (following failed tE2 attempt which saw ALP soar to over 1000, w/ rapid progression of extensive bone mets). The first straying from the trial protocol came with the production delay of Pluvicto, so my second infusion

My Covid experience.
I write this as only the facts. I don’t intend to make any political statement, nor want to argue. Just the facts: On 7/7/22 my wife and I hosted two young families for a cookout. By the end of the evening, I felt pretty tired but chalked it up to a day of hustling around smoking meats, husking corn
