still covid positive day 20

wondering if anyone has any experience with this. Tested covid positive July 21, had bebtelovimab July 22, still rapid test positive. Starting to get pretty concerned, feeling ok with some congestion but, wondering when will I clear the virus. Zanubrutinib has been on hold the entire time. Oncologist was going to restart Zanubrutinib several days ago but, I felt like I had sinus infection so Zanubrutinib on hold and started antibiotics. I have read many continue BTKi while infected, and some wait. Have heard if CLL is stable, holding medication can help to clear the virus. Well actually not help, but some had said, might be easier to clear the virus if not in BTKi as long as CLL is stable of course

My in laws, who do not have CLL, tested positive for 4 weeks. They took Paxlovid but then had a rebound infection. They are finally feeling better after a month. They both have other health issues which also affects their immune system.

Tested positive for six weeks before finally getting a negative. Continued Ibrutinib throughout. Symptoms were never severe because I took Remdesivir infusions at the onset, but no doubt the symptoms gradually faded over the course of time.

I started Zanubrutinib on July 15, 2022. On August 26,2022 came down with Covid. Started Paxlovid for five days and went off zanu. Started again after five days and rebounded and stayed off. Had labs done over the next few months and almost every result was in the mid green range 😳. Had labs yesterday but unfortunately will have to wait til next week for results. Not happy about that because I have some pretty peculiar stuff going on and found a great new rheumatologist who deals with "complicated cases" like mine. CLL numbers appear to be fine. Lymph nodes in neck becoming more but other than that I've been ok. How are your labs? Are they good for CLL or still not good ?
