6th COVID jab side effects
Hello! I had my 6th vaccine 4 weeks ago. I was told it targeted 2 strains of COVID. I had that in one arm and flu jab in the other as directed by our health centre. I've had small side effects from some of the other vaccines but only lasted a few days at most. This time I am still really tired, constant

COVID Risk Management after Bypass
My partner is due to have a triple bypass quite soon. We have been isolating as required to minimise Covid risk. The ward is a sealed one with no visitors. I am wondering how people manage the Covid risk and for how long once the patient is home. Grateful for any advice. Thank you.

covid jab and paracetamol
I have read that taking paracetamol before a covid jab can help to prevent adverse reaction. I had one v bad reaction to first Pfizer jab but fine with next three Pfizer jabs. Having next jab (Pfizer I hope) on Saturday. Any one with experience re paracetamol and jab?

Covid Booster
Hi, I'm on antibiotics, Co-Amoxiclav, and Cyclizine, for suspected gall bladder inflammation. I finish the course on 1 November and my Covid Booster is booked for 5 November. Does anyone know if it's OK to have the Covid Booster so soon after finishing antibiotics? Many thanks.

COVID Vaccination
Hello you lovely people. Both my husband and I are due our covid vacs on Friday. Several people have told me they were quite unwell after this one. Just wondered if anyone here had problems. I do like to be prepared. The previous three I’ve had were not too bad. Look forward to any replies.

Can’t believe it!
We’ll, as if 1 failed pacemaker insertion, 2 ablations , a small stroke and 3 other immediate family members hospitalised for various reasons, and then a horrid covid infection, isn’t enough for 1 year! I was recovering from covid after 10 long horrible days. I had a cough but it was loose and nothing

covid fear and flights
looking at the vast number of flights people have made from replies I've read,I'm pleased that most folk seem to be sorted at dealing with flying. Although unrelated to covid,I find it equally disturbing if not more so than covid, having to consider the contribution that all flights make to global

Covid without Rituximab - Any Similar Experiences
We’ll here’s a strange one! I was at the Hospital today having my 3 monthly bloods in prep for my Rituximab in November. Sat in the waiting area was a bloke who at the same times as me was starting his treatment of Rituximab, so general hit chat “how you getting on mate” that kind of thing and it just

To have the Autumn Covid booster or not?
HI all, firstly following 2 of 3 vaccinations/boosters I had quite bad side effects for 5 to 6 weeks. My ataxia symptoms were effected as well and really took a dive but eventually found myself back to where I was prior to the jabs. I have autoimmune gluten ataxia so obviously my immune system is

Evusheld and Paxlovid Issue
I asked my oncologist (in Canada) for a prescription for Evusheld, but was told that if I got infected with Covid or one of its variants, then Paxlovid would not be an option. He recommended that Paxlovid would be a much better and more effective treatment option. In other words, the oncologist ruled

Struggling with mental health due to Covid worries.
Help! I’m Really struggling with getting my mind back to normal life. Because I have lupus and am largely ill all the time, I worry hugely about getting Covid, despite having had 5 vaccines and knowing I’d be given an antiviral if I caught it. I wash my hands and gel them all the time and am worried

Covid 19 before and after Frozen Embryo Transfer
Hello everyone, If all goes to plan, I should be having my FET in mid-December, with my 2 wk wait (TWW) concluding between Xmas and NYE. I am telling my family that I can't guarantee that they will see me during the few weeks before the FET or during the TWW, because I'll be shielding. My flatmate
