Loss of early symptoms
Hey all, so im about 6 weeks +3 days and today I’m a bit worried as my nausea I’ve had for a few days and sore boobs when I wake up has lessened quite a lot. I wondered if anyone else has had this? If you think it’s normal or something I need to worry about? I have my 7 week scan at my IVF clinic next

38 weeks planned c section - Steroid injection?
I’m currently 34+1 with our IVF miracle and having a planned c section at 38 weeks (had complicated emergency c section with first child) but they’ve said they offer an optional steroid injection if you deliver planned before 39 weeks which can apparently help with breathing for baby IF they have fluid

Preterm delivery/ Early Induction and IVF
I’ve been reading that there is a higher rate of preterm births amongst IVF pregnancies than in natural conceptions, and also that IVF pregnancies are more likely to be recommended to be induced, and more likely to be induced before the due date. I’m trying to prepare my birth plan at the moment,

Moving to antagonist protocol for 2nd round IVF
Hello everyone, I would love some advice about moving to a shorter protocol and whether it ended up producing more blastocysts/quality eggs. I’m coming off a long protocol where I had 17 eggs, only 8 of which were mature but only two made it to day 5 (4bc). Unfortunately, both of them ended in a chemical

Ivf at 39
HiSo I started seeing about fertility treatment 3 years ago, lost over 8 stone in process. Had 3 goes of iui which all failed. Xray showed blocked fallopian tube so have been moved onto ivf. Had prostap injection at beginning of April, been having daily injections of ovaleap, due for scan on Wednesday

First pregnancy ended in chemical pregnancy
Hi there, I'm writing this post hoping for some support and to feel less lonely. My story so far, after being told in February that I have premature diminished ovarian reserve at 37 years old (then) with an AMH level of 0.7 pmol and a follicle count of 5 across both ovaries. Therefore IVF would not likely

*Sensitive* Bleeding at 12 weeks pregnant
Hello! After 3 rounds of IVF and 7 embryo transfers we finally had a BFP at the end of Feb and this is the first time we ever made it to 12 weeks. I had my dating scan last Thursday and everything seemed fine, but today I have woken up to some bleeding. It was only when wiping and now it's turned brown

Gaia funding / insurance? Any recent reviews
Hi, I'm looking to start my fertility journey again soon, moving from IUI to IVF. Gaia popped up on my Facebook feed so wondered if anyone had recent experiences with them? Noticed a post from 4 months ago and 8 months ago but thought I'd see if more people have tried it. Thanks in advance

D&C miscarriage- next steps?
Hi fellow ivf warriors, I had a d&c on 29th March after we discovered no heat beat at 6 week scan. Without speaking to my ivf consultant (which costs £175 a go) I'm just wondering what should be my next steps? I have one PGS tested embryo left (on ice) so hoping to do another transfer as soon as possible

Help what should I do?
Good morning I had 2 unsuccessful attempts at ICSI with donor eggs a couple of years ago and we decided we would have one last try but then due to circumstances beyond my control our ivf journey had to be put on hold and we are unlikely to be able to move forward with another cycle until at least

44, own eggs, 4th and final round started - any success stories?
Hi Everyone, I’ve just started my 4th and final round after starting IVF in 2021(and a few years of ttc before that… unexplained fertility issues apart from age, andenomyosis and husband working away a lot up to 2021!). It has been a longer journey than hoped or planned! I said my cut off was 43 but

Feeling really down in 2WW
Sorry for the long intro. Im not a very positive person, I find it hard, even though I try really hard, to find the positives in things. I am really good at masking how I feel and have an array of facades I put on so others don’t know how I am feeling. This is why posting on this site is really difficult

Hayfever & migraine
Hi everyone, I was just wondering does anyone experience hayfever and is it ok to treat it whilst doing IVF? I’m currently on my last few days of birth control and I’ll be starting medications for DE transfer in May. I had my down reg injection yesterday too. I’ve an almighty migraine and wondering

*Sensitive* Thank you and good bye ❤️
I first joined this forum in 2016! Which was the start of my journey. I am so lucky that my journey is now at an end and my family is complete, to write that is surreal as I never imagined it would happen. I hope with all my heart that you all find this peace and can be relieved of never having to think
