Not functioning at Work
Hi Guys, So my day 1 started on Sunday in preparation of my FET in a couple of weeks. I've been getting really down at work. I sit there and cry as I do my emails, no one can see or hear me which is good but it's not switching off. I told my partner how I was feeling this morning on the way to work

Experiences with mild IVF at Create London anyone please? Or any PM London recommendations please!40, LOW AMH, HIGH FSH plus male factor.
I don't know where to start. I am running out of time fast. Negative test result today. Experiences with mild IVF at Create London anyone please? I am considering this as my next move. Or would you save yourself the hassle and consider donor eggs instead? Two rounds, I have got only one embryo

Surprise pregnancy shock
I had my beautiful little girl in February 2023 via DE ivf. She’s the most wonderful little thing in the world and I love her beyond measure. Since having her I’ve had 2 periods, and my 3rd was later than I was expecting so I took a test and I’m so completely shocked to find out I’m pregnant! I’ve

To rest or to work after transfer? (high stress job!)
I would really appreciate some help and/or reassurance about whether to rest or work after transfer. I am having my first (and only) round of IVF on the NHS (preparing myself we will need private), and, as I am sure others have experienced, the NHS can be complicated (to say the least). I have received

Bowel endo and prolapse
Hello I wondered if anyone knows who I go to about this. I have stage 4 endometriosis. It’s impacted my bowel. I have a 5cm mass in my bowel. My last colonoscopy said I have a partial bowel mucosa prolapse. I don’t have any symptoms of prolapse yet. I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant through IVF. I

Early days, taking over my mind
Hi! Bit of background to my issue: I don't grow eggs / ovulate on my own and I'm 33. February we found a drug that works for me (Menopur) and was successful getting a follicle to over 18mm. Took Ovitrelle to mature the egg and then we tried naturally. Started bleeding overnight (10 days after ovulation

Is almost 43 too old for ivf?
I have had three rounds of ivf - one empty follicle syndrome, and two resulting in only one 3BC embryo each time that didn't implant. I took a break after the last failed round in November as my mental health has been horrific, but now I am edging towards 43 and panicking. I never wanted to be an old

feeling low how does everyone keep going
this is more of a offloading post I don’t have anyone to talk to regarding my failed ivf and infertility . My husband has two children from a previous relationship and I feel like he has fulfilled his genetic duty to the world . He acts like our two rounds of failed ivf didn’t happen and he has said

High stress alongside FET
Dear All I’m looking for a bit of reassurance/advice if anyone reading this can help. My husband and I are preparing to do a FET. We have 1 day 5 embryo left so there’s a high chance this will be our last attempt. We have a beautiful boy born via IVF in 2019, but sadly have suffered 2 losses and 2

Endometriosis and IVF
Hi there, just found this forum on NHS site (no one has ever recommended it to me which I find strange). I had a laproscopy in Feb 2022 and they removed stage 4 endometriosis, I am glad I had it, so that it removed the endo, but i felt by Oct 22 the endo was back as peroids hadnt improved and I was still

2ww anxiety attacks
I'm in the 2ww and having such bad anxiety attacks. Not sure if its the ivf meds or stress but of course the anxiety then makes me stress more and then feel bad that I'm not more relaxed. Im trying to do gentle exercise and keep myself occupied reading and drawing but my body feels like it wants to

Success stories - what made all the difference?
hello! I’m currently in the middle of my 2nd fresh ICSI cycle (pre-egg collection) and in need of some positivity and inspiration. I’m hoping this will also help others feeling a bit defeated too. If you have had success with IVF/ICSI, please could you share any tips? What do you think made all the

Unexplained fertility and recurrent failed implantation
We have been trying for a baby for 5 years. I have had two rounds of IVF and 7 transfers. One was successful but ended in miscarriage at 6 weeks. My embryos have all been high graded. I have 1 embryo left in the freezer, can anyone recommend any advice or anything to increase my chances of this last

Anyone have success with a stimulated FET transfer?
Hi everyone, I know all of you have your own experiences with IVF and while I haven't posted a lot recently, I do get a lot of support on this forum. I'm a week away from my fifth and final frozen embryo transfer. I've done medicated FET transfers - one was a chemical pregnancy and the other was negative

failed FET ☹️ next steps? More tests?
hi everyone, BFN today following a frozen transfer (it was a day 6, good quality embryo - not sure of the exact grading). I was told the embryo thawed perfectly and was hatching before transferred. My lining was 7.4 before I started the progesterone which I thought was borderline but the nurse used the

The end of the road
I can't believe I'm writing this but our ivf journey is over in the most heartbreaking way. Everything was looking good with my lining, ovulation, progesterone over 100 and we got the call yesterday morning that our final embryo had survived the thaw and was looking good. We arrived at the clinic and
