Endo period pain or a cyst bursting? Sharp stabbing pain paranoia
Hi everyone, I have been in chronic pain since august (it started of with a bad fever and pain in my lower and upper right abdomen), and it stops me from being able to work, sit up for more than 3 hours or walk more than 5 minutes. I got an ultra sound and got diognosed with a hemorraghic cyst on my

Hi girls, sorry this might be a bit of a long post but i’m getting desperate and really interested to see if anyone has had a similar experience with their endo. ***Trigger warning just in case as talking about a lot and TMI*** I have suspected endo and when i was younger i always had excruciating

Is someone taking more than Venlafaxine 300 ?
Hi, I'm on 300 mg Venlafaxine , but unfortunately it is not working anymore. One Dr suggested to increase the dosage. Another Dr suggested to add a pill that stabilize the mood. Maybe to change the pill? Although I'm afraid and is there a pill that can work after Venlafaxine?

feeling hopeless and anxious
i know i’ve been posting a lot and i’m sorry for that, but i’m just so depressed and anxious. the RLS has gotten worse in the last 2 weeks and all i have is gabapentin, valium, and some supplements. the soonest i can see a new neurologist is February, which is better than my original appointment in March

Ovary and pelvic pain but ultrasound results were ‘normal’
I’ve been having symptoms for a while now and my abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound was apparently ‘normal’. I’ve had severe pain during sex for a year now and some bleeding after sex, abdominal pain, and pain in my ovaries every day for about 9 months which has gradually got worse! I am in so much

My IBS symptoms- anyone similar?
I made some notes about what I’ve been experiencing this past year. In addition to what’s below I should add I never really have any pain and currently my main symptom is terrible, foul gas pretty much everyday which is embarrassing and uncomfortable. Dr suggests an endoscopy next so I’ll be scheduling

Surgical menopause & hrt
Hi hope i get some advice. I have been told following hysterectomy (stage 4 endo & adenomyosis) I need hrt to manage surgical menopause. In 2014, I was fast tracked to a breast clinic due to lumps in my breast that were fortunately fine. The breast consultant told me estrogen was the cause & that I

Worried I wont be taken seriously
I'm sorry this is so long - I'm really struggling with all this. I have always had pain with my periods, I first went to the GP about it when I was 16 - less that a year after they first started, because my mum told me that the amount of pain I was in wasn't normal. I went on the mini-pill for a bit

Natural cycles with endo
Hi everyone, I have been diagnosed with endometriosis for 2 years now and got the mirena coil fitted during my lap. I’m currently thinking about getting my coil removed and either going back on the pill or just having a natural cycle for a few months. I was just wondering if anyone has come of contraception

Not feeling great ..
I don’t really know the purpose of this post except that I feel I need to get how I feel off my chest before I burst. It’s ironic, I’m quite capable of telling people that it’s okay to feel a certain way about whatever situation they’re in yet I can’t accept my own advice. I had a miscarriage in March

Suspicious endometriosis?
Hello, I am new to this and I have suspected endometriosis. I have been experiencing pain for about 2 years now, it started off with bad stomach pains accompanied with sickness where I attended A&E. They did blood tests but suspected nothing but an infection to which I was given antibiotics. 2 years

When to take last dose of Levothyroxine before test
I used to take my Levothyroxine dose in the morning so before a blood test it was easy to wait and take the pill until the test was done. Since some months ago I take the Levothyroxine dose at 11 pm but if I don´t take it at that time it will be 34 hours since last dose at time of blood test. How do

Progesterone only pill?
After being diagnosed this year (after 8 years) and having my op, I am now trying different treatments. I had the depo injection and found it really didn’t go well with my body (it was awful for me) just like all the other forms of contraception I’ve tried. The hospital have advised my last option is

Experience c. a Copper IUD
I've used a copper IUCD for about three years now, having never used hormonal contraception or implants etc before. I thought it might be useful for others to read my account and compare if they're considering a copper IUD or are concerned their symptoms are abnormal perhaps. For reference, my periods

In need of advice for those of you who are pregnant or had children with ocd and mental illness!!!Sorry, it's a long one.
My husband and I had been trying to conceive for almost a year without luck. I basically stopped birthcontrol, he was tested, my hormones tested and all was normal. The next step was fallopion tube flushing but with my myriad of health issues we decided just to let it happen if it will happen. I thought

Timings and Dates
Just wondered what your experiences of timings and dates were. For example, I’m meant to be calling with a Day 1 between 2/2 and 26/2, but I’m a bit worried that unless AF turns up in the next day or two, I won’t fall in this window for our FET. Are clinics usually flexible? Is it better to call sooner
