Hello lovely ladies! I have been following everyone's posts over the last few weeks, and I just want to say that you are all amazing and so strong and it's just so lovely to see all your support to each other!
Today I decided to write my first post
Few weeks ago I've starter my first cycle (ICIS) with a long protocol.
I was taking Synarel spray for 3 weeks but that caused me an ovarian cyst.
So now I stopped the spray and my doctor changed the plan to the short protocol with a contraceptive pill first for 3 weeks so hopefully that will help to shrink the cyst.
I just wonder if anyone have any experience and advise on similar situation when a whole protocol was changed and
did the pill helped with the cyst at all?
Thank you in advance for all replies and good luck to everyone in your @Mammy to be@ journey!
xx

Hi lovely, I developed a cyst with synarel but no experience with changing protocol sorry! I took my trigger injection to see if I’d ovulate/get rid of cyst which didn’t work so had a cyst aspiration, the following week the cyst had refilled so they just checked my hormone levels which were low so we continued with stimulation anyway.
No very helpful but just trust whatever they do they’ll get you to the end one way or another 😊 all the best with it!
Absolutely, treatment plans are so individualised! Yes it set is back but 2 weeks but the outcome of the retrieval and our freeze all was great and we have 5 embryos in the freezer 😊
