Magnesium as ozonated magnesium oxides
I take magnesium from ozonated magnesium oxides with 3% potassium before bed to help with any
constipation
that still lingers a little. I asked the company about their product and they said they don't use magnesium hydroxide in their formula so I'm good to go+don't need to keep the 4hr difference!

I read on here about BERSERKER Desiccated Beef Liver capsules and wondered if this would be a good source, I currently am taking Ferroglobin capsules but have had to stop because of lack of appetite and they cause
constipation
. I would be grateful for any insight on the above. Many thanks

Iron supplement recommendations please
Can anyone recommend an iron supplement that won't cause
constipation
? My iron is low so GP prescribed me 200mg Ferrus Sulphate. I'm supposed to be taking 3 a day but I can barely manage 1, my bowels do not agree at all!

I have occasional IBS but usually this causes
constipation
not diarrhea. I have reported this to surgery pharmacy but advised to continue for a bit longer. Also feel very tired.

symptoms made clearer
intussusception is when the lining of the bowel folds back on itself and makes an inverted U shape which then makes it very difficult for anything to pass through the bowel unless it is very soft, so making
constipation
or blockages , Like a tyre inner tube going inside itself.

The buprenorphine has my RLS completely under control, but I’m still struggling with
constipation
. So if I can find another solution I may as well try it. I will post my results.

IBS-M with very long evacuations
Following such a session, I usually cycle back to
constipation
once again. Is anyone else experiencing long and uncomfortable evacuations like this? If so, are there any medications that can be taken to alleviate the discomfort?

First day of disimpaction
It’s been a long process of over two years of being ignored by GPs and being on a long waiting list to see a consultant to finally be told how to move forward with her chronic
constipation
and I’m exhausted already! Do you have any tips on how to get her to have the sachets?
