First day of disimpaction

Hi everyone. I (am trying) to start disimpaction with my four year old daughter today. It’s been a long process of over two years of being ignored by GPs and being on a long waiting list to see a consultant to finally be told how to move forward with her chronic constipation and I’m exhausted already!

Do you have any tips on how to get her to have the sachets? She has been having one sachet a day (for months) in hot chocolate after nursery but today it was chaos when I explained what will be happening. She’s refusing to take the sachet in anything and now her nursery says she won’t even drink! 😩 any tips gratefully received! Thanks 😊
