Does any with IBS/c take Lactulose daily. I'm taking 10ml twice a day and it does help bowel movement and this eases my saily symptoms. Pat

Many people with IBS will be intolerant to Lactulose, since it can increase gas and bloating. You are lucky that you have been able to tolerate it and it is helping you.

hi, I also have started Lactulose daily as I do feel it helps. I also take some malt each day which my system seems to like. Lots of water too.

I take this too and it seems to help. Fibogel makes me feel sick so I stick to taking Lactulose.

sorry for delay, I just take one full tablespoon each morning before breakfast. It works well so far, unsure if this is something that we can do longer term but I hope so because I prefer it to Fibogel !
