Everything but laporoscopy
Hi guys, This is my first time posting on here! Basically I have all the symptoms of endo and it’s just getting worse and more unbearable. However, I’m terrified of surgery and the thought of a negative laporoscopy is honestly the worst thing ever! So far I have only had transvaginal ultra sounds which

Constant Pain in Right Abdomen
Hi, I am experiencing mild pain in my right abdomen all the time with no relief from bowel movements. Been this way for several months. I’ve had a full colonoscopy, MRI and various other tests which have all come up clear. Therefore, IBS has been diagnosed. Does anyone else experience the same constant

This is a long post, sorry
It's been a while since I've been here cause things WERE going pretty good. Now I have to get a colonoscopy because they found blood in a sample. I tell myself it can be any number of things, not to worry. Just like they thought my Mom was only anemic. She was sent to a hematologist and found out

Flare up?
I had a baby last March since then I have had a few minor flare ups and a couple major which is good for me. Before I had my little girl I had flare ups constantly! Since having a baby my big problems have been with my stomach with certain foods irritating me really badly, I think it being mainly gluten

Super cleanse.......Colonoscopy
Has anyone had significant symptoms changes or anomalies as a result of a colonoscopy? Nasal drip stops, sinuses clear up, less plaque on your teeth in the morning when you wake.

Colonoscopy under general anaesthetic?
Hi I have had Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism for 18yrs and started taking Natural DT 2yrs ago under advice of Functional Meds Dr who also has GP qualifications. I have finally managed to get my T3 T4 levels at a good steady level and also lowered my TPO and other inflammatory levels down. Spoke to my NHS

Does anyone know whether the sedation used for a colonoscopy triggers afib please? I think they use midazolam in the U.K. but not too sure

Colonoscopy
Hi ladies , happy new year! Hope you are all well. This is maybe not endometriosis but also maybe . I have a lump in my colon area , found it due to having to use a suppository as I have chronic constipation caused by painkillers, anyway I'm getting worried, does it hurt, what should I expect etc a

Anxiety FIT test
I am super scared because I tested positive on a FIT test (occult blood in stool). The doctor told me that I was going to need a colonoscopy to check for cancer I am 41 and I feel that this is fatal.

Cirrhosis and surgery
I have some cirrhosis, not sure yet how bad. But I've also had several bouts of diverticulitis over the years. So I spoke with a surgeon about at what point do you do surgery for it. I'm having a colonoscopy this coming Monday (4 days.) When I told the surgeon I knew I had at least mild cirrhosis with

Pudendal Nerve Entrapment
Hi, I have been suffering with pudendal nerve entrapment since June 2015 and to date am still in pain. I take Gabapentin and amiltriptyline for the pain but to be perfectly honest, they are not that effective. I have had every single test done under the sun including xrays, ultrasounds, Scans, MRIs

Hospital visit
Been off for awhile. Good to be back. I was in the hospital for a few days. Thought my heart failure was taking a nosedive, but turned out I was severely anemic. I was bleeding somewhere in my GI tract. Of course, my first thought was esophageal varices although Duke saw none in the upper abdomen from

Can IBD be spotted still on a colonoscopy when not in a flare
Hi I’ve posted previously and had symptoms for over 18 months. A couple of weeks ago really bad and my calprotectin was off the scale over 2000. I have my colonoscopy on Wednesday and my symptoms have calmed down, I no it will get worse again though. Will they still be able to spot signs of IBD?
