Has anyone noticed weird pain / weird/numb/etc in back of your brain? On the Internet I was floored when I read where endo spreads and effects ….:it includes back of brain. 30 years ago I spent 1,200 cash (American ) plus whatever my insurance charged to have an MRI. It came back normal. A friend

Anxiety and PV
Hi wondering if anyone knows if stress and anxiety has any bearing on PV. I was recently diagnosed in February. Worried about colon Cancer
Worried about Cancer: Hey guys, I am a 21 year old male from Georgia. I’d say roughly 1-2 months ago I beg and experiencing full aches on both the right and left sides of my lower abdomen/pelvic region. These come and go and don’t really seem to be caused by anything specific. I have also noticed that

Back in Afib
I'm devastated. My last episode of afib was back in January which was triggered by the gastrogaffin and resulting diarrhoea I had while preparing for CT colonoscopy. I really thought I would stay free for a while as I come to terms with being diagnosed with PMR. Problem is this episode and the last one

Just seen this on the BBC. Blood test for picking up bowel cancer! Let's hope it's being used before my next colonoscopy in 3 years :) https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-61490061

Keytruda and Now I Need a Healing Remedy for Colitis
Had an appointment for a scheduled Keytruda infusion last week. It was to be my last one! Recent PSMA results all point clear, and appears I now join the ranks of the 'Undectables'! Just crazy, and it hasn't fully sunk in yet. Doc went thru the usual questions, how do you feel. I responded

Colonoscopy is intolerable w FMS??
Hi. I really need to understand if fibromyalgia actually causes acute intolerance of colonoscopy done the typical, scoped, way. Sedation was to have combined fentanyl & Versed. Had doc see me *just prior,* say it was going to be rough, painful, 'you won't do well w it, pain that's intolerable..., my

Crohn’s Diagnosis ?
I was wondering if anyone who has been diagnosed with Crohn’s disease could help me. I developed a fistula in July’s of 2021. I have no family history of IBD disease. When I realized most people who get fistulas also have IBD I started having severe stomach pain 24-7 I couldn’t eat for months. I did

Increasing Prednisone before hospital visit
I have tried to contact my rheumatology department and GP but with no luck. I'm having a gastroscopy and colonoscopy tomorrow. Previously pre-surgery I have upped my steroid dose for a day to cope with the stress, and I wonder if I should do this tomorrow. I am very nervous about it. My current dose

Is it IBS?
Hello, I'm a little new to this. I'm wondering if anyone has had symptoms like mine? I went to the doctor last year for bleeding, sometimes it was a small amount and sometimes a lot! Ended up having a colonoscopy where they saw nothing wrong and said if the biopsies don't show anything I'd have to have

Colon/rectum cancer with Fatty liver
I do not know if there's any correlation between fatty liver disease and colon cancer, but I am a Nash patient and they discovered a Neuroendocrine tumor during a colonoscopy. Please get checked and say some prayers for me. Pretty sure we caught it early enough.

Post colonoscopy
Well, the dreaded colonoscopy has been done! I think the prep stage and the starvation and no fluids was worse than the actual procedure. I had gas and air (as I have bad reactions to the sedative) and they found 4 pre-cancerous polyps which they removed. Hopefully, that will be all the treatment I need

Colitis, Terminal iletis or Crohns?
Hi, I had my gallbladder out in June 2021. Straight away I then suffered from urgent severe diarrhoea, bloating, yellow poo, fatigue, excessive flatulence and exhaustion. My GP ordered a calprotectin test in September which came back at 222 and I had a repeat one in December which came back at 430.
