Hi everyone, recently had a colonoscopy and I was told I have non specific mucosal erethema in my small bowel, they have taken biopsies. Does anyone have more information on what this means please? Thanks x

It just means you have inflammation and it’s non specific so they couldn't diagnose the reason on the colonoscopy alone, the biopsy result may show the cause.
