I'm really scared about throat cancer
Hello. I'm 27 years old. I smoked on and off most of my teenage years and quit when I was 19. For the past year, I've noticed my voice is getting more hoarse when I talk a lot and I constantly have to clear my throat, for feeling that it has a lot of mucus in it that I can't seem to clear out or swallow

ALK+ NSCLC
I am new to this sight but have been reading many posts. I belong to a few on Facebook that are very good and encouraging. I was dx in September 2015 with stage IV adenocarcinoma. This blindsided us because I have never smoked but I have learned a lot in the last 11 months that all you need is lungs

COPD/Pulmonary Hypertension diagnosis
My latest diagnosis is pulmonary hypertension and my pulmomologist has advised that the only other possible treatment for me is a lung transplant. Are any of you suffering from pulmonary hypertension or have any of you considered such an option? Would love to hear your thoughts and opinions.

Help - I'm Newly diagnosed June 2016
So i went to A & E and was told i had a
collapsed
lung
. Not knowing why all sorts of test were taken, bloods CT's X rays. After a few weeks they confirmed it wasn't lung cancer which I was grateful to hear and relieved. My other symptoms which started in winter this year was the Raynaud's.

Not much to tell at the moment
Good morning everyone, just an update from Brompton visit. I had ct scan and blood tests, and I am now waiting for a letter to admit me for a Bronchoscopy, and other tests. My breathing still no better and my chest is sore all the time. I also have a slight cough again, but not all the time, so hopefully

Difficulty breathing and chest pains
Or a
collapsed
lung
? Or what if I suffocate and die? The scary part is I complain about phyiscal symptoms so often that its kinda like the boy who cried wolf situation. No one really believes me and pin it down to anxiety. I am so tempted to go to emerg right now.
