Decompensated liver
She has massive plueral effusion and this is the second time her right
lung
has filled with fluid and
collapsed
in 3 months. I am so worried as the fluid is filling so quickly dispite her being on a high dose of diuretics. Has anyone experienced this and know the prognosis moving forward?

The combination of four drugs at low doses is more effective and less toxic in the treatment of a lung cancer type
Inhibit the specific activity of a protein affected by a mutation using high doses of a drug is the usual treatment for many cancers. Despite in the first instance this strategy is effective, leads to treatment resistance development by tumor cells through the appearance of secondary mutations, which

New on here
Hi there, in February of this year my mum was diagnosed with stage 3B squamous cell non-small cell lung cancer. It's been an emotional roller coaster. The doctors have been very positive about my mum. She was given aggressive chemo and radiation which she completed 2 months ago and recently started on

Lightning strikes twice!!
In July 2012 my dad was diagnosed with Stage 4 adenocarcinoma he died 6 weeks later. On Wednesday my mum was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma and is currently in hospital for a mediastinoscopy as they suspect the clear biopsy result of her lymphnodes was inaccurate. Over the last 8 years my sister

Can lung cancer be diagnosed by a CT scan?
